If you call to request information about the band, we don't sell or
otherwise share your
information with other wedding vendors or party planners, or anybody
else compiling a mailing list.
Same policy if you hire us for your event.
Nobody else gets your information, ever.
Same policy if you call to hire us, but we're already booked on your
date. We don't give or
sell your name and information to any other band or music agency for a
kickback or referral fee, as is commonly done in our industry.
If you ask us to send you our
newsletter with band news
and upcoming public performances, we don't sell or give your name or
address to anybody else for any purpose.
We don't give out the date, time or location of your
wedding, private event or
corporate function where we are
playing. We don't invite anybody to stand at the door of your
wedding or private event to audition the band.
We don't publish a list
of the names of our clients, famous or not.
We don't give out anybody's phone number unless they expressly give us advance permission,
and we certainly don't ever publish lists of clients' phone numbers!
We don't give details of your event to the press or anybody
else.
We don't sell or give your e-mail address to anybody.
If you send us a note or reference letter, and we
show it to people, we don't include your last
name or any private information.
